The sun, the crowds, and basketball made for another year of fun in downtown Spokane. Every year the streets are a shut down for this special event. This year over 25,000 people are playing in Hoopfest and over 100,000 are there for support. From volunteers to court monitors, parents and fans the streets are lined with people. There simply is nothin like it on the planet.
