With so many short sales and bank owned properties available, it is hard to find reason not to invest in real estate right now. For my investors, I've set up a search for all short sale and bank owned properties on the market in Pierce County, Washington. A few times a week I personally search through the properties available and choose one to feature as the INVESTOR'S SPECIAL! My investor's love to see what's out there and really like to see the investor's special. Buyer's like to see these properties too. Buying a home with built-in equity is a wise move.
